Will Ferrell Movies
Ferrell is another actor who started on the comedy series “Saturday Night Live”, but was able to transition successfully to the movie industry, and had made many comedy films. He has co-starred with several of his fellow SNL cast members in funny flicks like “A Night at the Roxbury”, “Superstar” and “The Ladies Man”.
Since he was a cast member on SNL (Saturday Night Live), one might think that he has only been featured in comedic flicks, but in fact, he has also starred in several films which are a mixture of both drama and comedy. For example there is the 2004 picture “Melinda and Melinda” from writer/director Woody Allen. In 2006, Ferrell starred in “Stranger than Fiction” alongside Emma Thompson and Dustin Hoffman. His most recent comedy/drama is also his most recently released flick, “Everything Must Go” which had a limited release in the USA in May of 2011.
Some of his popular comedy films are “Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy”, “Old School” and recently “The Other Guys”, which is in our comedy movies 2010 article. If you feel like a romantic comedy, then you may like “Bewitched”, which also features Nicole Kidman.
